Withdrawal
from the contract.

Pursuant to Section 1829 and Section 1820(1)(f) of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.)

In short

You have the right to withdraw from the Cosmatch+ subscription within 14 days of concluding it. The subscription is purchased exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled directly by these platforms.

I. If you paid via the Apple App Store

The payment was processed by Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Ireland), not by Cosmatch. The refund is handled by Apple according to its own rules.

  1. On a computer or in Safari, open: reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription
  3. Find "Cosmatch+" in the list and click "Report a Problem"
  4. Choose a reason (e.g. "I didn't intend to purchase this item" or "Charged by mistake") and describe the situation
  5. Apple usually replies within 48 hours. If approved, the money is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

II. If you paid via Google Play

The payment was processed by Google Commerce Ltd. (Ireland), not by Cosmatch. Google Play has a generous refund policy — within 48 hours of purchase, refunds are issued automatically.

  1. Open play.google.com/store/account/orders (or Play Store → Account → Order history)
  2. Find the "Cosmatch+" item and click the three-dot menu → "Report a problem"
  3. Select "I'd like to request a refund" and fill in the reason
  4. If the request arrives within 48 hours of the payment, Google usually approves the refund automatically. After 48 hours, the decision is at Google's discretion.
  5. The refund usually arrives within 3–5 business days.

Exception — consent to immediate performance

If, at the time of payment, you expressly consented to the provision of the service beginning immediately (typically via a button such as "Start using now") and confirmed that you thereby lose the right to withdraw within 14 days, the right of withdrawal is extinguished pursuant to Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.). Both the Apple App Store and Google Play typically require this consent when a subscription is purchased.

What happens after withdrawal

  • We deactivate the Cosmatch+ subscription — you return to the Free tier.
  • Your profile remains active — you can keep using it for free or delete it in your profile settings.
  • The refund is made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval by Apple or Google, respectively.
  • No penalties, no cancellation fees.
